2023 CELEBRATIONS PACKAGES

The Vista 222 Life's Celebrations Package

Business packages include a four hour block of time with exclusive use of the Vista 222 facility and associated amenities.
 

• Packages may be booked between the hours of 9AM-10PM

• All functions must end by 10PM. Gates close at 11 PM

• Book Weekday (M-F) or Weekend (Sat-Sun) 

• Event periods can be extended (schedule permitting) for an additional hourly fee.

• Events require a minimum of 100 attendees. If you prefer a smaller group, we can accommodate, but Vista 222 does require a beverage minimum for events.

• If your group does not meet that beverage minimum in drinks purchased, the organizer must pay the difference. This requirement is to ensure Vista meets operating costs for the facility and staff for your event.

• Access to Vista 222 Estate Wines 

Chardonnay, Rose, and Pinot Noir selections available. ​

• Preset Tables & Chairs 

Seating options: 6-foot rounds or rectangles with up to 300 chairs. 

• Staffed Bar Service 

• Beverage service to cater to your guests' needs. 

• Use of Vista 222 Projector Screen and Projector 

Enhance presentations, launches, and showcases. 

• High-Speed Hunter Fiber Wi-Fi

Create a personalized package tailored to your specific event needs by
combining base package elements and additional services.

Customized Wine Bottle Labels (Minimum two weeks' notice required.)  
Pricing varies based on label size and complexity.

Work with our beverage manager to choose the perfect drink packages!

Option 1: 
Experience a diverse selection of beverages with our Hosted Bar option.
Enjoy a seamless and convenient service where all your desired drinks are
consolidated into a single ticket, simplifying the payment process at the end
of your event. Please be aware that a 20% auto-gratuity will be added upon the
conclusion of your celebration.
 

Option 2: 
Indulge in the luxury of a Hosted Bar that can be tailored to your specified budget. Enjoy a variety of drink options under a predetermined dollar amount (e.g., up to $500), with the final settlement to be made at the end of the event.  It's important to note that a 20% auto-gratuity will be applied at the close of the festivities.
 

Option 3: 
For those seeking an interactive experience, our No-Host Bar option is available. Delight in a selection of beverage choices on the day of your event, with the bill settled by your esteemed guests as they savor each sip.

• Outside beverages are prohibited.

• We do have a list of preferred third-party vendors to offer for your event upon booking. 

• We are also willing to book food trucks and entertainment with an hourly procurement fee to secure bookings.
